I am one of the most unfortunate buyers of a flat in a building being redeveloped by a completely inefficient, irresponsible, insensitive construction company called SD Construction It has been more than three years since the above flat was booked by me. At that time, the Co boasted of giving me the possession in about one and half years’ time! Well I was not a fool to believe them then but it was never expected that the company who boasted on completing many such redevelopment projects, will mess up such big time.
Company has failed in even keeping the buyers like us informed on the development and the status of the project. We have been kept completely in the dark as to what is happening and why we don’t have possession of our flats. We have been misguided all the time. Please don’t buy any flats in the forthcoming projects of SD. Just beware.
