This is regarding the servicing of our Car Maruti Swift Dzire that was given to S.K. Wheels, Turbe(Navi Mumbai) on 23rd December, 2015.
We had the car delivered at our home on 24th December, 2015. Following issues /problems that is observed by us:
1) The car is delivered without even checking that all the service requirements we had asked for are met.
2) There is no interior cleaning done(explicitly asked for interior cleaning).
3) Exterior washing is not properly done.
4) There is a gap between bonnet cover and headlight which was earlier not there.
5) At the time of delivery, post servicing we found a fixed dent at the front bumper of the car that was not there before the car was given for servicing.
6) We found the Scratches in front and back bumper of the car that were earlier not there.
7) We also found that the front bumper is loose which was well in place before giving the car for servicing.
We have sent back the car to S.K. Wheels for further course of action. When we spoke to the servicing representative(Vishal) about the issues, the person was not at all approachable and not ready to hear us out. Moreover the tone with which the person spoke with us was very rude and cruel.
We are very disappointed and unhappy with the highly unprofessional and unethical service offered by S.K. Wheels, Turbe(Navi Mumbai).
