I booked my tickets from Mumbai to Bangalore on 22nd Oct 2017 @ 9.30pm which was supposed to reached Bangalore by 1.00pm on 23rd Oct 2017.The bus is exactly 5hrs late.One there is no gaureent of time.The staff of the bus is over qualified then us so they don’t bother give answer to Ur quirey.Pathetic service.
