I travelled with SRS travels back to back from BLR-PUN and PUN-BLR on 20-4-18 and 22-4-2018(PNR No:22880041 & PNR No: 22921382) .
It was painful, both help desk and cabin crew were errant.They will risk you if you are looking for punctual on time service. There will be a min of 2-3 hours delay with no proper reason. I didnt expect such untrained people on the help desk. Please not to take this service and do not put yourself into risk of punctuality.SRS is least bothered with time and rude towards passenger. Driver was literally saying "should not we sleep in night, should we have food?", while I was talking to spare driver, driver on the driving seat: "if u still argue ill leave the driving seat right-away(when it is in city traffic)" .Help desk guy hung up call while I was talking to.
