No refund, even if the fault is from SRS

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore, money got deducted from my debit card but ticket was not issued. Next day I called the customer care the employee told me that due to some technical issues the ticket is not confirmed, he told me that money will refund within 2 to 3 working days and he told me to book another ticket with SRS or another travels. So I booked another ticket with another travels.


I got a call from SRS travels telling me that bus is at boarding point please come soon. I told them them that I dont have ticket to travel. They told me ticket is issued. How come ticket will be issued and they didnt informed me. Lots of mails and calls happen with SRS refund customer care. But they dont want to refund it even if they made the fault. And they dont care of their valuable customers who travels frequently with them.


This SRS customer care have to inform the customer that the ticket is issued or else send the confirming ticket via mail but they didnt did it.


Bus will arrive very late at your boarding point like they will take one to one and half hour to reach, but the buses of SRS are good and neat.


Its a bad customer and refund service they have.
