I traveled from Coimbatore to Bangalore, via Non AC sleeper few months back. I had some big luggage to take. The person in the office asked us to keep in the luggage area on the side of the bus.
The driver was not willing it open it. he said it is full. when insisted he abused me with bad words. Finally got him to do it by escalating to the office. The luggage area was actually empty. But then while getting down the next day morning, he forced me to give money "as charges" and shouted at us to get down quickly. In that urgency I missed to pick up one of my bags and had to go to srs parking area and track it down. It was a nightmare travelling with SRS. I spent quite 4 hours to track the luggage back.
I thought I will leave it as an one off incident. but yesterday I got my wife, kid and mother in law to travel by srs(pnr: TS-RB744121/132697, REDBUS # TE3868389784) and the same driver again driving for Blr to salem (non ac sleeper). He was the same arrogant idiot. On asking when it would reach salem as some one would’ve to come and pick them up there, he said "why are you a torture? go and check in the office room".
Such arrogant drivers should be SACKED IMMEDIATELY.
