My name is Rohith.I have booked and travelled srs travels from banglore to hyderbad on 31st dec 2016 I have booked 3seats k1, k2, k3.
I had a worst experince on 31st dec that is last day of the year among many years of my bus journey.i like to bring it to your notice.As I have booked 3tickets to my famly I hav bought 3bags as luggage when the bus arrived at my stop i.e where I step into the bus to travel to hyderbad.I asked the srs office person to open the carrier to place my luggage.i got a reply that the carrier space can’t be opened and asked me to place the luggage in the bus itself.I started arguing I can’t place inside the bus in the pathway as it will be a distrbance to all the passengers and baggage also have a chance of missing.Repeatedly denying for my concern, the offical finaly replied me as , The Carrier keys was lost so that we cannon open the carrier then after I asked how can you provide such kind of irresponsible reply for that again I got a reply that Conductor has took the keys and he is not comming for the trip again I said that I can’t take my luggage inside the bus he the asked personally another office person ah he himself carried all my luggage place in the bus in path way
after I was enterd into the bus ’I was shocked to see all the passengers luggage is placed in the pathway seeing my conversation all the passengers raised the same issue about carrier. After this the driver stater quarreling as the booking is only for the person not for the luggage if you want to travel you should only come with one bag and if there are more bags you should also book for luggage.I am very much embarresed as im getting scolded my driver in front of passengers
The problem is not all about carrier only the way they are behaving with passengers and time schedule they arrived at the junction nearly 30min late and the condition of the bus was abslotleey bad .
so finally I want to say is please do notice every thing and confrm before you travel whatever travels you choose .
