I boarded a SRS travels volvo multi axle bus from hyderabad to bangalore on 29th of july 2015. I noticed that the bus driver was smoking while driving.
He was also conatantly chatting with the cleaner and on his mobile which was a nuisance. he kept blowing the horn unnecessarily. The Driver and cleaner getting lot of passengers in bus and collect money from them. this is a huge threat to passenger security.
