We had booked a Package from Bangalore to Madurai, Rameshwaram and Kanyakumari, paid Rs.4250 per hear.
We had worst ever experience regarding accommodation, the so called deluxe room allotted for us in Kanyakumari dint have any basic things like a slab to keep bags or door mat to wipe legs, no hot water, no regulators for fan!
To add to all this there were bed bugs all over. we had to book another better room on our own, the agent’s response was very bad regarding this issue. I don’t know how far there is a quality check on agents by SRS. Its a bad name for SRS Travels.
I wish SRS people have better quality control check. Even while coming back bus had to depart at 10 PM, but left at 1.30 AM due to over load of cargo, apparently we had to reach back at 10 AM instead of 6 AM. This review is to create awareness for both travels, agents and consumers please check the quality b4 booking such packages and ending up in trouble in unknown places
