Sharing details of my journey from Hyderabad(Gachibowli) to Chennai(Egmore).
Cons:
Punctuality: Pickup was scheduled for 5.30, but the pickup van came at 6.30
No water bottle provided: Not getting water bottles is very common in road transport Volvos is very common. But the good part is that you can take that from the bus stands. There is no such water bottle vendor available near the pickup point, so we started our journey without water expecting that we will get that in the bus. And have to wait for 3.30 hours, when they stopped the bus in nearby shaddy dhaba, ahd to pay an extra buck to get water.
Rest stop: Was terrible. The vendor was charging for everything extra, starting from water to food to even rest room.
AC: I was traveling with my mother, and the outlet above her head was broken. So we were not able to close the AC in the whole journey, she got heavy cold due to this.
Rude staff: As I asked them to provide some workaround for the broken ac, they just blantly said can’t help. After multiple requests, I got one paper to add on that outlet.
Drop point: They have changed the drop point from Egmore to Koyambedu, which is far from my place.
Wanted to highlight some good thing as well, say for instance I changed my dropping point from lakdi ka pull to gachibowli, which was quite a swift experience. As the pickup van was getting late they called me to convey the same.
