I had travelled with SRS twice.I feel they are not the good travels to opt for.There main focus is money and not respond properly if we have any query.I had booked a ticket on there App for AC sleeper for up and down trip.On the travel day I received the message that bus has been changed from AC to NonAC sleeper and the reason given was there was a major breakdown.I was told the difference amount can be collected at there office.note:There is no refund facility online even if we book the tickets online through there website.After travels I started following up for my difference amount, no one responded properly after 1 week I escalated and got 1 phone number then I was told to collect money from there main branch.SO I had to travel to there main branch which is far from my home and collect the money.When I try to talk to operator about what went wrong with bus he expplained that if bus is not full they they will shift the passengers to NonAC bus and just tell as breakdown and it is normal to them.Bus was also not good and driving was not good.Operator does not respond at all.
