We have traveled from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 15th Feb’16. Boarding @ Lakadikapool. Service: 1252 PNR: 12291299. Seats: 13 & 14. There was no sms, call confimation from the travels till 10.20PM. When I tried calling the numbers provided, there was not much response. Most of the numbers were not woking. One person Faizabad and he also was not speaking proper. After I reached the boarding point, I have received the sms about bus. The bus was supposed to leave by 10.30PM. But came at around 10.50PM. Started by 11 PM.
Seating is very bad. I couldn’t move my legs. I could not sleep for the whole night as the seat was not good. In the whole journey, the driver was shouting at others(cleaner and other outside people). Felt that driver was frustrated with some personal work. Supposed to reach BLR last stop(Silk Board) by 7 AM as promised in the night. But, reached the destination by 8.30AM. Have noticed that most of the co passengers also were uncomfortable in the bus during the journey. Our legs swelled like puris. Have to take off for the day due to this.
Overall VERY VERY BAD experience with this travels.
