SREESANTH: THE AGRESSIVE BOWLER OF INDIA.

Hello everybody,

I am going to tell you about one of the most sensational bowler of the present cricket world- Sreesanth.

Santhakumaran Sreesath was born in February 6th, 1983 in a place called Kothamangalam in Eranakulam district of Kerala. He is often called Sree or Gopu. He wasthe member of the Ranji Trophi team of Kerala. Earlier, he was a leg spinner but his habit of bowling yorkers converted him to a fast -medium pace bowler. He followed the path of his favourite bowler Anil Kumble. Now he is one of the promising bowlers in Indian Cricket team. And about the IPL, he is the member of Kings Eleven Punjab . He is the second best bowler in IPL after Sohail Tanvir of Rajasthan Royals

He played his first ODI against Srilanka and first Test match against England. He took two wickets against Srilanka in his debute ODI, but his dissappointing economy made him out of the team. Anyway he was called back. He was in the World Cup team, but he was not given a chance. But he shined in the 20-20 World Cup.He is the first Keralaite to become the Man OF The Match for his outstanding performance- 6/55. He got a hatrick against Himachal Pradesh inthe Ranji Trophi,

He is known for his loud appealings and celebrations when he takes a wickwet. He used to pay a lot of fines for this. From the time he entered the Indian team, he made sensational controversies. He was described as the most agressive and excentric bowler. I think you all know about the recent Slapping incident. Harbhajan Singh slapped Sreesanth. As an Indian, I do not agree with Bhaji’s behaviour, but presonaly I have an opinion that Sreesanth should improve his charecter. Well Sreesanth could not be blamed completely because Malayalis are sensitive....

Sreesanth dreamed of becoming a choreographer in his childhood. He used to dance well. He dances well. You might have seen him dancing in the advertisement of Pepsi or even in the cricket ground when he takes a wicket. Have you noticed him showing some signs with his wrist before he bowls? Well that is the trademark of a popular financing company. Sreesanth managed to become a friend of many Bollywood stars. He has been invited to act in some movies too.

I am very proud of Sreesanth and supports him as a bowler. He has improved his behaviour a lot and if he become a little more careful, I have no doubt- Sreesanth will be a Star Bowler...
