Finally I also had the worst experience from SVS and from their service providers to whom the work had been outsourced. It was too late to realize that SVS work as a call center to share and eat our the hard earned money .Per the call reference number it all started with an inspection of my fridge SVS Fast Freeze, HSR Layout 3rd sector, Annapoorneswari Residency with Phone numbers 080-41169431 and mobile 9986655271 The Bill number is 319 dated 20/03/2016 and the looted money is Rs 8500/-
Ok here is the story
1 . Initial Visit of Technician saying another guy will come for detailed inspection
Next day the technician, Said ac gas has gone and had gone because of compressor issue - said Rs 8500 for compressor, gas filling and service fee. On my repeated questions I was assured that if I spent this much the fridge will work for another 3 years easly .and they will give one year warranty
Ok, I gave 5000 as advance as asked and they brought LG compressor
Next day - fridge not working
5 Started calling 9986655271 through the manager through SV Customer Care on conference. Same day another person came. Said some loose contact and started working .I asked them about the cooling. He didnt even have the patience to watch and left
Again started following up . Same day another person came . He said the first technician will come and repair
Started contacting fast freeze manager. Finally the man came . Said the gas has blocked. Seems to be little sound technically. it started working again
worked for 1 1/2 day and then again no cooling
8 Now the real experience .they said they will come, they are on the way, we have ordered and the material has to come .
9 I realized that I had been looted.
10 I called up the manager and said .at least give me 50% you looted and thats it
What is the use of saying they will give one year warranty from these kind of irresponsible vendors .
Big partners - SVS and Fast Freeze .never ever try please
