15th jan 2016 I called their service person to repair my geaser. He replaced the thermostat and conveyed that thermostat warrantee is 1 year and if again service person is called after 3 months, again service charge has to be paid means parts warranty was 1 year and service warranty was for 3 months.
Today 5th nov 2016 again thermostat stopped working. I called service person and straightway they denied for 1 year parts warranty. I believe they are placing cheap quality parts in high price. If they are in agreement of adding written in paper for the parts warranty then only I will suggest to take their service, otherwise better call local repair person they will ask les price and better quality.
