Please don’t ever go to S V Service Center. I had reached out to them in Nov 2015 for attending my Samsung washing machine. The service exec came back after a week, and said there was some problem with the PCB. He said he’s changing that, and charged Rs 2000 and odd, and after 2 days, the machine stopped working with more problems.
Till date, they have not sent any service exec to solve this, and on top of it, I get very rude replies from the customer care executives at 080-63333333, and today they disconnected the call three times, without even giving a responsible answer. I did contact the nearest police station, and I will be lodging a complaint against them. More than the loss of money and so much discomfort that they caused for over 3 months, it’s the irresponsible and rude behaviour that has put me off.Please, never ever get yourself involved with these people.
