It was a real pathetic year with most of the movies going down at the box office.With Audiences running away from the Cinema Halls But After a long time bollywood has given a decent movie to watch.Staring Vivek oberoi he’s Really impressive man.Last time I saw this fellow was in ’’Company’’ Which really showed what potential he has.And he proved it yet again in Saathiya, with amazing performance.
Rani Mukherjee as usual gave a splendid performance and on top of it all other characters doing a fair job.The story is about a next door boy in Mumbai city and how he falls in love with a gal and PATOAS her in Mumbaiya language.Once the fairy tale affair turns into marriage the reality sets in and the relationship becomes sour and couples facing all kinda problems.The movie doesnt have expensive sets or a typical love story in a royal family, just simple middle class family in urban city.Thats the best part of the movie , you feel its real no MASALA added no jargon.Ya the best part is the simplicity in the way the movie was made.
The location and all the scenes were shoot in crowded trains in Mumbai , was really amazing, I wonder how the director manage to do that.very well executed story and music is awesome. A R rehman did a wonderful job as always
So guys if u wanna a break from the ongoing World cup there’s no other movie than SAATHIYA. Watch it guys its worth it.
