A simple two line story but presented in a dramatic manner. It is almost like a drama in the movie format. If you expect an amazing movie you will be disappointed but enter the theatre without pre-judging and you will be pleasantly surprised how quickly this slow movie passes your time.
Sonam Kapoor looks nice and acts better than Ranbir Kapoor, who overdoes his Raj Kapoor act. The sets are surreal but fit in quite nicely with the story line. The only bad thing is that most scenes are dark and gloomy. The background score is also just so-so and sometimes almost what you would expect in a thriller or horror movie.
SLB has tried a new type of a movie in this age of confirmity and speaking for myself it was successful. I saw this movie only because Om Shanti Om was house full, but Im not unhappy about it.
