Today m gonna share my reviews on TVS dealer - Sabharwal in Raja Garden. First of all, I would like to tell you that showroom plays a very imp role while buying a new bike. Yesterday in visited the mentioned dealer for enquiry and test drive of new apache 200 4V, but i’m surprised to see that no one bothered to attend a customer, no one asked that what are you looking for, after asking to the counter, a lady with a very weird smile on her face asked some peon to attend. Then, I started my enquiry abt the bike, and shockingly none of the employee know about their products, neither technical nor physical.
So I had no choice to return home and take all details on internet.
I would like TVS company to take some action on it if you really need your numbers to grow in terms of sales bcz your products are very good but sales service is poor.
