Pathetic experience.. I had 3 tooth root canal treatment which was taken care by Dr. Rupashree and Dr pushpak (specialist).. All 3 root canal failed.. They charged me extra to get my root canal treatment done by a specialist in one or two sittings and it’s been 4 months now still I’m in pain and this treatment is still going on, these doctors are just making circles and I’m running like a toy.they call me every now and then for the treatment and I have to run whenever they say coz its my need. There’s no-one accountable out there. Doctor Rupashree says that she can only convey the message that company gives her which is very clear that these doctors are not ready to take any responsibility for the patient’s treatment. Now this is the third time they are trying to open and again get the root canal procedure done.. These doctors are under training and they r just experimenting...whenever asked about the problem or issues with my treatment the doctors r blank they do not have any answer.
After root canal procedure I had food lodgement and bad smell and pain in all 3 tooths..when I discussed my problem with Dr rupashree, her reply was I can’t see any problem like you’re saying everything is just fine.. I had to escalate this issue further coz I had terrible pain.. When escalated this problem with the head of pokhran branch she arranged a senior doctor for my treatment and then they again asked me to get the scanning, cbct, xrays everything done from outside, I did everything whatever they said.. After having a look on the report , the senior doctor accepted that there’s a deep canal coz of which I m having pain. And 3rd time they again stared my root canal procedure after that they’re now saying that they’re unable to reach to the canal as it is very deep and thin...this is horrible how can doctors say that they cant do anything and raise their hands after wasting 4 months.
In between they told me that I’ll have to go through a small surgery, I paid extra for that and got the same done. Still they are unable to treat my tooths.
I would never recommend sabka dentist to anyone.
Pathetic service, no accountable doctor’s, they only want money that’s it..they are not bothered even if the patient is dyeing in pain.
Do not go there for root canal treatment.
