Sachin tendulkar is really the biggest scam the bombay lobby has created. A man who has scored tons of runs against kids of the world, but running for cover against the best of the world. And he is called the ’’Best batsman’’!!. What bigger a joke than this.
I was reading throught reviews & one sided arguments from jatt_sharabi and a lot of others. I do not understand how any of the reasons specified in your list means that he is the best batsman. And regarding the 67/5 score, read the venue again, CHENNAI!!. He is a tiger in asian subcontinent and a lamb outside it.
Actually he is not a bad player. He is a good player and is skilled. But he does not have temperament & patience ... required in the test arena and against the best of the world. The minute he cannot score score freely he gets frustrated. Once he figures that part out, he can be more efficient and can FOR THE FIRST TIME contribute to india’s success against strong opponents.
Look at his attitude during the aussie series. He took his eye away from a ball by mcgrath, given LB. He padded up to a ball by gillespie and given out LB again. When is somebody going to teach him that he needs to play the ball and not hide behind the pads. But hey all the lobby does is to start writing articles in plenty as to why the umpire’s are bad and blah blah..
I guess he should learn from dravid & Laxman, how to play outside india.
