I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Safari Bags. I purchased a Safari Ryder bag just six months ago, which came with a 7-year warranty. However, the bag started showing significant damage within just 1–2 months of normal use.
When I raised a warranty claim expecting a proper replacement, I was shocked to receive a much smaller and cheaper bag, which was nowhere near the quality or value of the original product. Upon questioning this unfair replacement, the customer support team insisted I accept it and completely stopped responding after that. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
It is clear that Safari is misleading customers with fake warranty promises and poor after-sales service. A brand that once claimed to offer durability and trust has now lost its credibility through such dishonest practices.
I urge Safari to address this issue immediately, provide a proper replacement that matches the value and specifications of the original product, or issue a full refund.
