I bought a Safari backpack recently for my short office trips and casual travel, and I must say I’m quite impressed. I had seen the brand many times before but never really tried it. This time I thought of giving it a shot – and it turned out to be a smart decision.
Here’s what I liked about it:
- Build Quality:
The material feels durable and water-resistant. I’ve used it during light rains and my laptop and documents stayed perfectly dry. The zippers are strong and smooth, which matters a lot when youre in a hurry.
- Design & Comfort:
Very stylish look – minimal but modern. I got a black & grey combo and it looks smart. The back padding and shoulder straps are really comfortable, even when the bag is full. I carried it for a 5-hour train journey and didn’t feel any shoulder strain.
- Space & Compartments:
This is my favorite part. The bag has multiple compartments – one for laptop ( up to 15.6 inches) , a spacious middle compartment for clothes or books, and a small front pocket for accessories. There are also 2 side pockets for bottles or umbrellas.
- Lightweight:
Despite its capacity, the bag itself is very lightweight. This makes a big difference when you’re walking a lot during travel.
- Affordable Price:
I got it online for around ₹; 1200 on sale. For this price, the quality is honestly better than expected. It feels like a premium bag without burning your pocket.
What could be better:
No USB charging port ( some other brands offer this now)
Padding at the bottom could be slightly thicker for better protection of gadgets
