Disappointed with Safari

I am having a very bad experience with Safari trolley bag. The bag got damaged in two days of buying and when I put it for replacement, there is no response till now...I am not getting any information... the status is appearing the same for many days and I have sent so many mails but still I am not getting any response from Safari customer care. I’m really very disappointed ?? with this
