I bought a Safari trolley bag worth ₹7500 from their official website, expecting professional handling and premium service. The bag quality is excellent — strong design, good materials, and smooth wheels.
But the entire delivery experience was a disaster.
My product was marked “delivered” at 5:23 PM, but I received it at 7:00 PM — with no OTP verification.
The package was tampered, cut from the middle, and re-taped with non-branded tape. I have video proof.
The delivery boy acted suspicious, and this raised privacy concerns.
I contacted Safari support multiple times — they cut my calls, didnt reply, and only responded after I warned of legal action.
I had to follow up 3 times just to get my invoice, which is basic.
To make it worse, within a few days the same product was available for ₹5999, ₹1500 cheaper than what I paid.
Safari seriously needs to change their delivery partner(Xpressbees) and improve their customer care. Im deeply disappointed with the post-purchase experience.
The product is good, but I’ll never buy again unless they fix their support and delivery process.
