We purchased a Safari trolley Bag that became useless on our second air travel in about 6 months after the purchase. The clip attached to the Zip broke and fell off. On taking up the issue with Safari industry for warranty repairs, we received a reply saying that "Claim is denied since the damage is due to to mishandling". Safari might as well stop making Bags if they can not make them suitable for the normal handing of check-in baggage by airlines.
On closure scrutiny, I also realised that the clip that broke is a flimsy clip that is bound to break sooner or later. A broken clip of the zip makes the Bag useless for air travel as it cannot be locked.
I would strongly suggest that please do not ever buy Safari Bags.
