Limo cab service is WORST CAB SERVICE! never take it
Customer care executive books the cab without even knowing the name of the destination. They just want business.
Cab driver sent is not even aware of the route. He in turn asked us to check on GPS on mobile phone and inform him.
When we complained to customer care that the driver doesn’t know the route, the customer care manager calls the driver and asks him "why did you say you don’t know the route?"
worst of all. Drunk driver! The driver hand was shivering and no stability and the whole of the car smelled with liquor. The Driver himself accepted that he has drunk and come for the trip. That shows his arrogance and fleeced us of the money.
Don’t believe them if they say they have online tracking of their cabs via GPS. they call the driver from the customer care and find out his position and inform you.that is their GPS tracking.
Cab driver details are changed just 1 hour before start of the trip. so no reliability
The customer care manager informs that he will take action on the driver for being drunk, but no sense of accountability.
First and last time I ever used a limo cab service. A STRONG NO!
