Beware! They are big-time fraudulent. We came across Safe Express as Urbanclap recommended us their service. We got in touch with them for providing us with a quote and went ahead since they were also offering insurance for the bike(trust me there exists no insurance - they will not show you a single proof of its existence). They also claimed to deliver us our household goods and bike within 3 days.
First of all, they spent one whole day in packing everything since only 2 representatives were sent with a small tempo which couldn’t accommodate everything at once. On not receiving goods on the fourth day we contacted them, who had no idea about the whereabouts and we went through mental harassment for straight 12 days following up with irresponsible people who kept dodging and diverting the calls to different departments(Also note that the numbers provided on their invoice are incorrect). On giving them warnings that we would be forced to go to the police if they don’t send our goods soon - their main representative Rakesh Chowdhary reacted "Kya kar lenge police". We were shocked that they were not moved by any warning and lacked any empathy for us. We were resorted to staying in a hotel which became an additional expense for us and was tensed all the time since our valuables were with them.
Finally, after 12-13 days our household goods and bike arrived. Their representatives refused to unpack the boxes which were promised to us earlier and only unpacked the big electronic items. We were left with no energy to fight any further and took it upon us to unpack. They did not deliver a single plant and big pots which were packed too - although we were not hoping to find any plants alive the least we expected was to return those pots which they never did. Our table frame was broken and cabinet glass too for which they did not offer any reimbursement.
Save yourself from the trouble and do not hire them. I am equally disappointed with urbanclap for not scrutinizing the vendor’s background and will rethink before choosing any service from them.
