We came across Safe Fast Cargo and movers having head office in Hyderabad and regd office in Sudham Nagar, Bangalore, who’s contact person in Bangalore is Surendra Choudhary contact 8050092800, 8050092802). We contacted him to transport our new brand scooter to use by our daughter in Pune. He agreed in Rs. 2800/- and sent his people to pick up the scooter. We have video of those people.
After they picked up the scooter, he sent the bill of Rs 4856/-. We told him to return our scooter which he declined to return. Then we said we have recording of our conversation then he sent revised invoice of Rs. 3500/-, which includes Insurance. He said scooter will be delivered on 2nd or 3rd day from date of collection from us. After lot of follow up, vehicle did not get delivered. Vehicle finally delivered after 4 days in completely damaged and broken condition. I have attached the photo of scooter when it was handed over and when the vehicle was received. He charged us for Insurance but he did not make insurance, an cheating to us.
He is unprofessional, cheater and rowdy(giving us threat call), when we said that remaining 50%, we can not pay because he has badly damaged the scooter. If you see the pic of scooter, you will feel lot of pain how the scooter was handled or damaged by this transporter. They are not safe, not fast and in fact cheater and careless. I have not option left but to send reviews of this company and this person on all review sites so that people don’t take chance to risk their goods and them-self with the team of unprofessional people.
