The most pathetic service I have ever received. They took 12k for transport fragile items with out marking "FRAGILE" on top of the box. All my glass items are turned to powder. I shared all the pics with them and spoke to them. They miss behaved and started shouting on me like did I take insurance? I said my loose was due to ur negligence all glass items are so expensive and being a movers packers company you don’t have minimum sense to mark FRAGILE on fragile items? I followed up with them for 3 months than they agreed they will return 4k and after on they stopped communication and its been a month now I am following up and no one responding at all. Such a worst customer service. They have no sense of time, no sense of behavior, pathetic service they only need money. Don’t go with them in your life they are thoroughly useless packer and movers. They are spoiling image of "GATI" packers by using the name. Sharing few pics for all customers reference. if any one want real proof reach out to me I have all evidence with me. Such a horrible company. They are like nightmares for me.
