I used safe packers and movers to shift my household goods from Noida to Kerala. I have had a very very bad experience with them. Especially one Pratap. He was the one who was interacting with me.
Initially they gave a very low quote compared to other movers and packers(after proper site survey of items) for a exclusive vehicle, point to point. Couple of days later changed exclusive vehicle to shared vehicle. Closer to day of packing, they changed their stance saying items will have to be shipped in exclusive vehicle and not shared. Price was jacked up by 70%. Since the day of packing was very close, I had no option but to agree. They gave me a written quote for door to door delivery. Once the packing and loading was done, Pratap said he needed extra money for unloading in Kerala and more than doubled the insurance value by himself. Good were in their custody and we have no option but to pay up. Once the items reached Kerala he washed his hands off in unloading and I had to arrange the unloading at my own cost, inspite of paying them unloading charges. Pratap keeps telling he will transfer the partial unloading cost, but even after 10 days he gives excuses and nothing else. Some goods were also damaged intransit.
They have charged me GST for the entire amount and inspite of requesting them to give me a proper GST bill and insurance copy, to this date all he has provided is a simple bill with no GST number and GST break up. No insurance copy also given. My firm believe is they have not taken any insurance on my goods and also made fake bill internally at a lower value.
Never use their service and don’t fall for the sweet talk by Pratap. He is the biggest fraud one can come across
