I shifted my household goods from Meerut to Delhi through Safe Packers and Movers. Before shifting goods, they talked with me in a very sweet voice that we know how essential household goods are and our packing is very well. They gave a guarantee that goods will reach at my destination within six hours. However, they were not true to their commitment. I paid them the amount of transportation and my goods were not delivered upto 48 hours. I contacted them several times and they didn’t pick up my call. I lodged my complaint in police station and the solution resulted within 24 hours. The concerned driver plus two additional persons responsible were sent to jail by the police.
