Worst cargo service from Delhi to Hyderabad, even after 7 days it shows consignment arrived at Delhi. Called Customer Care Rep, who couldn’t even track the shipment in his system.
Tried to post a feedback at their website, it fails returning server error as it is false system (actually it is fake page on their site to show they have feed back system).
Never ever will try them in future. I believe their delivery man try to carry the shipment by walking from one city to another ( mind it. not even a tier 2 town). Even India post general parcel goes faster.
