I had requested for 4 cartons on 24 Jan (Thursday) at 2:57 PM. I was told that either the cartons will be delivered by the evening or next day morning. On Friday (today) I did not receive the cartons. On inquiry I was told that the concerned person, Mr. Pandu Rao Kulkarni from Bangalore, claims that they have already delivered the cartons and picked up the consignment.
Through a conference call with Mr. Kulkarni and Ms. Natasha Bhaskar it was clear that I was not delivered the cartons and my luggage’s pick up was not done. In fact, they had delivered the cartons to someone else in my neighbor hood and picked up her consignment. Even after the clarification, the Corporate Executive Ms. Natasha Bhaskar was very rude, irrational and pathetic. I was told the Branch will not deliver the cartons on Friday for a pick up on Monday. I was also very rudely cut off by Ms. Bhaskar and was told that I will not be delivered the cartons whenever I ask.
Just because of 4 cartons I was humiliated by your executive. I am moving on to Gati Ltd. for my luggage transit request. Though they do not give cartons at least they are respectful.
And I am sure not to recommend SafeXpress services to anyone else.
P.S. - During initial quotation inquiry, I was told that I will be charged Rs. 400/- as a security deposit for 4 cartons and this will be refunded at the time of pick up... THIEVES & LIARS
