Never use Safexpress, I had a very difficult experience not once, but twice, one of our customers, shipped us some material thru them and although we had a tracking number etc. they took days to deliver the goods, although it had reached the city on time, their reps do not care and never bother to call you back,
I made the same mistake again of shipping some goods with them on Dec 13 to Jamshedpur from Chennai.
Until today it has not reached the customer, my customer has tried calling the local agent, but no proper response and I am facing the same problem again here at the sender’s end
I have had same problems with other courier companies as well, for example our shipment lands in our city the next day when it is shipped from different cities, but within the city they take 10 days to deliver.
Sometimes I have gone personally and picked up my courier from the local office, so much for Door-to door services! (Professional courier is one such example)!
Can someone recommend a decent courier service as our business depends heavily on it?
also please note the above rating is mandatory so I am picking something, although those options are not connected with my problem!
