Its really pathetic site, from 3 days the AWB number is at same stage "Waybill Arrived At DELHI"... when called on the toll free number and other numbers - no one is answering?
Any one knows - how to complain against such companies? I would even say - please avoid any online shopping sites - who uses such bogus logistic company to deliver their products (such as shopping.indiatimes.com)
