I usually starts my day with saffola masala oats, as it is very rich in taste and also good for health . It has a great amount of fiber which helps in maintaing cholesterol and fight with obesity .Saffola masala oats is ready to cook oats . It is very easy to cook and also saves our time . For cooking masala oats we have to add water in it and cook foR sometime on medium flame, within five minutes delicious oat is ready to eat . Spices added to this oat makes it very tasty and tangy . Its taste and flavouR are awesome . It is very light nutritious . I like masala oats because it helps I n reducing weight and makes more fit which I love to be . its packed nicely with cheap prices and easily available at mall, D’mart and general store . It is said that "Eat Healthy & Live Healthy .
