Fiber and proteins make it a great option

I was reading few more reviews and I think too much has been made out of  the fact that it uses maltodextrin and is processed .

The former is more or less a benign starchy and natural filler  and yes its processed  just like most packaged foods are, I feel it’s minimally processed and too much has been read  into that .

Oats are a great source of carbs, proteins and fiber . many were complaining .about it having so much carbs.that’s wrong .

It’s still a low calorie food, it’s good for managing  stable blood sugar and  even for your  heart .

The proteins and fiber impart a feeling of fullness and a lot of dried veggies have also been included .

Some  guys were seen complaining about the price, now the condiments used  have dessicated coconut powder and cardamom .these are by no means cheap .

Turmeric is  a  great anti inflammatory agent just like ginger and has been used . Curry leaves and garlic powder have been used as well . With such ingredients the price is perfect .I’m not complaining . Ginger and garlic are god’s own medicine .

coconut in any form is a superfood .its anti bacterial/ fungal / viral .in short its antimicrobial and antiprotozoal  . I feel oats are great as breakfast or even other wise .

These oats not only get you the much needed energy but also the proteins that you need, and of course dietary fiber and a lot of magnesium .

The dried veggies are not enough to give you a lot of nutrition but surely enhance the flavour a  lot . On the taste scale I found it very mouth watering  .

Since its still processed I will remove 1  point for including natural colors and nature identical  flavorings, taste enhancers, acidity regulators and what have you. Still it’s a lot better than eating street food  that may be very unhygienic .

Yes I do wish they processed it even lesser than they have .but all said, I still feel its good enough to be consumed, moderately more than just once in a while .

It cooks in just 3 minutes and I love eating it with curd . One can add some more  veggies as  the dried ones are too insignificant to make a big  impact .
