Safran Aerospace India pvt Ltd. One of the worst company to work at.
Safran is a very big name in aerospace industry, but work culture at its Indian center sucks.
Management is rotten here. Everyone into management is Bossy and carry Indian mindset. They like their boot to be licked to receive appreciation.
Without proper project projection they hire peope and when they do not get the project they simply fire the emloyee without thinking about his/her career.
Management are not actual managers. All responsibility comes down to engoneers in case of any problem. They get project since they are sister concern of Safran group. So managers are least bothered to try themselves. Hence growth prospect is very bleak.
also they are Baniya company. Lost of unnecessary cost cutting measures.
I will not advise anyone to join this company.
