I had a similar’Not so good experienece’ at Sagar apollo(now sagar hospital) at Tilaknagar, Bangalore. I had lot of complaints especially when it came to patient’s dischage. The staff were pretty unprofessional in handling the issue. Finally I had to walk out of the hospital without even waiting for the completing the discharge formalities. I did get a call within a couple of hours about not clearing the payment and getting the patient discharged without trying to find out the reason(It was a true collection call). I met the PRO next day, had a detailed discussion about all the problems I faced and cleared the bill!(including unprossional officers, never working lift, not so helpful nature of the nursing staff etc.)
I knew that no action would be taken against any of the points I made and the fact that I have not heard anything from them after this, clearly proves the same.
