Having gone through the reviews about Sagar Apollo Hospital, now sagar hospital I feel the comments are not justifying the Sagar Hospital’s reputation and services. I go there regularly and my experience is very good. I have never been ill treated by any staff, they are professionals. I never felt that they are over charging or chating any one. I mostly consult with 4 doctors.
Dr. Indira C Reddy - Gynocologist - My wife’s physician. She is a great doctor. From the time my wife was pregenent till the delivery of my son, every visit to the doctor was just great. During my wife’s pregency, we have a bike accident and I immediately rushed her to see Dr. Reddy at around 12 Noon. She immediately did all the testings and confirmed every thing is ok. At the time of delivery, the baby’s position was little twisted ( as reveled in the scanning report). However the doctor never rushed for C-Section. She waiting almost 27 hours for the normal delivery (Admitted on 11/12/2006 8.00 AM, Son born 12/12/2006 at 10.50A.M). If the hospital’s motive was to just do a surgey and collect huge money (I had madical insurance - Cash less facility), they could have done a C-Section with out waiting that long. Even during my wait outside the labour suite, I heard Dr. indira and Dr. Leela Bhagwan (Another Best Gyno at sagar) urging the patients to keep they cool and not to rush for C-Section.
Dr. Naveen Benekappa (Child Specialist): He is another gem of a doctor and son of famous Dr. Benekappa. I read a review about him that he sees the children after having heavy smoke. I totally disagree. I have visited him atleast 20-30 times in past two years and never found him to have smoked. The clinic is very neat and clean. And trust me, even if he just spends time for 2-3 minutes for checking up my son, the medicines that he pescribes work like miracle and my son is fit with in 2-3 doses. The medicines pescribed are also not very expensive. They are very reasonable.
Dr. SN Jayaprakash - MD : - He is treating my Mother for hyper thyroid and with in 2 months of treatment my mother is very fine now and till now she has no more complaints.
One of the Skin Specialists ; I do not remember his name but his treatment is also very good. My wife had some bubble kind of things on her hand. We first visited Green City Hospital - Dr. Chandraiah. He said it’s a kind of corn and a minor surgery is required. We did the surgey and after few months the corns reappeared. Then we saw this doctor at Sagar. He just gave some lotion and my wife is purely cured now.
So, my over all experience with the hospital has been good and I will continue to visit there and even recommend my friends and relatives to visti there.
