Administration: Issues Death Certificate form to be filled up for an injured child instead of Medico-legal form!
Specialist: Suggests & insists on Plastic surgery costing Rs. 40, 000/- Plus 1 week’s hospitalization for a cut on the chin during an accident. The mercy shown is that you can choose a general/semi-special/deluxe ward. Does not bother to checkup the reasons/consequences of bleeding in the ear on account of accident!
CT Scan Lab: Makes you wait for the report - after the wait(when enquired by you) directs you to the casuality department to get’oral report’- casuality department scolds you for not collecting the report from the lab - directs you back to the Lab - The lab takes another one hour to issue the report - All legwork done by you leaving aside the injured & crying child!
4. The billing cum receptionist lady is most audacious - makes you wait for billing for CT scan/specialist charges/registration - happily engaged on her own long . seemingly never ending personal/jovial mobile talk. Frowns if you interrupt her . will tell to wait till she finishes her call!
