One of the most pathetic service stations Ive ever come across. I gave my car on Friday as there was a voice coming in just one-year-old car. They gave a review after 3 hours of car pick up that alternate needs to be repaired or changed. I requested them that I needed a car the same day because I have a long drive 30 kilometers to my house.
But the service guy Amit Yadav was super rude so I requested my regular other Tata Service Station manager to speak to Amit Yadav that being lady driver Noida team can fasten up services but no help was given.
I requested for next day by 3:00 p.m to get car dropped again the rude response was given that we can not promise on time.
Next day I got a call from Amit Yadav at 3.30pm, he is sending car and service station is 20mins away.
4:45 pm I got another call from the driver that he was starting now and finally car came at 5:30 pm.
The driver called me and told me there was no extra tyre. I was very unhappy and called Amit Yadav he started shouting may be on way car is punctured. Again driver took care of the petrol pump to fill in air.
Now, as soon as I sat in the car I noticed there two weird sounds coming from the car I was very happy and I thought let me try next day too. Next morning again the voices coming from the car and then I called my regular station manager to review car on Sunday.
I also called Mr. Amit Yadav to ask if anybody checks the car before giving and obviously, he confirmed as yes and my response was how come no one realized voices coming from the car and I asked managers number. He had no apology in his behavior.
I called and updated manager Sanjeevan Kant Shastri about all instance and he asked for one chance - I said I have trust issues at station center so I will show at my station center and will write this bad experience on google reviews about your service station on the Google and he promised me he will provide car wash and drycleaning as compensation.
He needed an address on Monday morning by 10:00 a.m. because a staff comes at the same time.
At 10:30 a.m. I sent him the address and called he said its too late for you now to plan.. I was again very unhappy and told him to collect the car on Tuesday.
Now Tuesday morning at 10:45 am driver called that he is coming to pick up the car.
By 1 oclock I called Sanjeevan on car update.
He said your car is not received !!!!!!
This was an epic answer.
And then I replied what your driver is doing for the last 2 hours ?
Look at the efficiency of each team member in Noida Service Station!!!!!
Again there was no point in giving the car for 2hrs as I knew voice fixation, washing n drycleaning cant get done in 2 hrs.
Sanjeevan response was only voice fixing will be fixed no other service will be given.
I was really unhappy the change in attitude every day basically these guys wasted my 5 days and so many calls to be made.
Guys pls dont a car at this service station. Its a waste of time.
Very upset about this kind of behavior and service..no manners to speak to lady customer.
Pathetic = Noida Tata Service Station.
