I am from Bhopal, I visited restaurant on 14/05/17, When I entered AC was on and has a great cooling effect. I ordered Veg Upma & Sevai Upma. there were 2 customers in the restaurant apart from me. when they left, AC was switched off. When I asked the manger, he started making excuses, but never turned on the AC. I was very uncomfortable. When the bill was brought to me I noticed that the bill was overcharged, The bill was of Sevai Upma and Veg biryani. I informed the manager then he deducted the amount. Worst service, shameless and irresponsible staff. compelte wastage of time and money
I complained on the facebook they as usual gave me the same answer that too after 2 day, we will look into the matter and ensure that this thing will not happen in the future, shame on snakalp group of restaurant
