Although Sagar ratna has many branches in Delhi-NCR and it is well known for its good south indian food, yet what spoils the taste of good food is its slow customer service. Sagar ratna at Ghaziabad is a good example for that.
Here when you get menu card, it will take time to place an order, once your order is placed it will take time to serve food, once your food is done, it will take time in payment.
Its okay that this restaurant has rush, but same thing applies to all good restaurant of the area. Even after heavy rush they have smart and quick customer care to handle the heavy rush with utmost ease.
So I think Sagar Ratna at ghaziabad needs to work on this issue so that customer enjoy the food not suffer the waiting period.
