I recently joined in Jan 2014. I already checked all the reviews here and then joined even though I had some other offers in hand as well. To my surprise all the -ve reviews were right, first I thought all the -ve reviews are by one person and might be extremely -ve.
But all the -ve reviews which I already read are right. Those are
You don’t get front door entry until u lick the boots of the big guys.
There is constant favouritism for people of particular religion, Fridays they can be out for long durations. This company is good for them (don’t get me wrong I am not against any religion). If for some personal reason I was out, I was literally yelled at for not being at the desk.
You have to come on weekends as well. (But some guys don’t come, they have work from home options). If not guys like R*h will force you to come.
No respect for talent.
Always change the requirements (first they don’t understand well), then they blame client.
If you work you will be loaded with lots of work continuously.
No proper policies, no good food, weekends there are no facilities.
I worked here day n night for 4 months and then gave up. I left within 4 months. Either they remove or u leave that’s what I have seen here. Not good for long term.
