I am sure everyone has their own experience, but I don’t agree to the views . I am new to IT but I understand all companies have policies and no one likes them. It is hard to sometimes see the brighter side. For instance, Saggezza has one of the finest Reward policies that I have heard or seen. Quarterly one of the employee gets an ipad ... something that I get encouraged about ... and my friends are surprised that company of our size has such reward scheme ...
No Full payment or No Comp off ? I am very surprised to see this comment. These are false claims ... there are policy so how can some one say there is no full payment. Managers have been reasonable and recognized and allowed me take comp-off.
So my experience is different and I am happy with the opportunity I have been given. ofcourse I like to see more training programs for employees. which Saggezza has to start organizing. But otherwise I think it is good company to start the career
