I want to really appreciate this Organization (after 1.5 yrs here) for its commitment to grow, better itself, adapt to changing markets, find new clients and the rigor in focusing on us, the employees.
No qualms on admitting that it is a relatively new organization and that it has a long way to go but the sheer pace and enthusiastic approach just blew me over when I came for the interview. Leadership is awesome with sound experience and vision. I know there are still few things to settle, but, at the way things are looking... theyre going to be there soon.
Few things I would like to point out:
1) Organization doubled its Revenue last year and plans to double it this year.
2) HR is supporting and getting better with new initiatives and a better communication channel
3) A very Performance oriented company which does not tolerate lethargy. Im talking both, the human and the money aspect.
4) Lot of new initiatives launched to better work environment, engagement and career progression
5) Excellent Leadership with sound vision and plans.
6) Focus on employees through great policies like, on incentive, leave, increment and promotion. This changes every year which says a lot about an organization committed to better employee relations, growth and maturity and hence, increasing productivity and internal competition are one of the great outcome
7) They are hiring HR personnel which, itself is a testament to their rigor and focus on employees welfare
8) Great and flexible break timings. They are not concerned with when you take it, but, on how much does your break hinders your own productivity and hence, impacts the project. To reduce chaos during tea breaks, they even started Tea/Coffee inside ODC floors and also lifted the restrictions on beverage on the floor which I personally thought was a great move.
9) Career progression through lot opportunities, learning and leadership guidance.
10) I heard that the new Training policy is also in the process of being designed. Great......!!!!!
11) Excellent Employee Referral Policy
12) Constant feedback from Managers
Only one Suggestion:
1) Kindly improve the org updates with the employees so that they are informed and empowered.
