Some body told me that when we are happy with something we dont appreciate it that much but when we dont like something we start telling the whole world the worst things about it the next moment.
Some of the false and irrelevant comments prompted me to post here. Its not that if few people dont like a Film, its the worst Film ever.
I have been working in Saggezza for few years now and I must say I have learned a lot more than what I thought I would. Its a place where you are pushed to perform and you end up realizing what you are really capable of. Nice work environment as well. Secularism and Employee satisfaction is maintained at its highest level (true to its policy), various steps have been taken to make the work environment an employee friendly one. The members of "TOP" management do not think twice or hesitate to come your desk personally and ask if everything is fine, get your suggestion in improving the company and taking it forward, I am sure this happens in very few companies that the CEOs, the Directors asking suggestions from employees.
If we do not like something, we have the right to take it to the concerned department/person where any thing in the interest of the company is well considered and if that point is incorrect, we are clarified with justification as to why its being done.
Companies have their own policies which govern their way of functioning, some like it and some dont. When you join a company you are bound to follow their policies. Its like when you are in US, whether or not you like it you have to drive on the right side; if you say to yourself that "I am Indian" and I will drive on left side only, needless to say what will happen.
So, you dont like the policies you better start off you own company.
