I went to Shara Ganj mall on May 27, 2008. After coming out of that place I got such a relief.
1.The washrooms on the ground floor are in pathetic condition.The staff there , mind you both male and female continuously move in and out , use abusive language.The male staff keep pushing the "ladies washroom" door to chat with female staff.n No decorum , untrained staff.
- Water coolers in first place are not working.Secondly , its really tiresome to reach to them as there is always a bunch of staff members gathered around it.
From above two scenarios you must have got the experience of cleanliness inside out.
These experiences were nothing in comparison to what I am going to share.
My friend and I went to the food court on the top floor, ordered a meal and occupied a seat there.We took our meal, before it was over the waiter there started removing things from our table, next he started cleaning our table.
And I requested him to do this later, he started using abusive language I cannot even imagine and that to for a valid request.
Imagine, how it feels when you are sitting there, chatting with you friend and eating and somebody is again and again cleaning you table.
I have taken a pledge I will never go there in future.
